At MaggieMakes, I take pride in creating high-quality, handmade products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policies:

Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my products, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is a defect or issue with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I will be happy to assess the situation.

To be eligible for a return due to a defect:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • You may be asked to provide clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping (when applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is determined to be defective or sent in error.

Delivery Policy

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

Once your concern is reviewed, I will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling

Exchanges

At this time, I do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives defective. If you experience an issue, please reach out within 7 days so I can make it right.
